At Borghese, we want you to be completely satisfied with your luxury skincare purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns of unused or gently used products within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Contact our customer concierge team via email or our online portal with your order number and the items you wish to return.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include your original packing slip.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid return shipping label provided by our team to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
